One speaker from private hospital said that 80% of their patient are 內地孕婦. He commented that it may not be too negative for Hong Kong....
Another two LEGO speakers, Mr Lau Kong Wah and Mr Lee Kwok Lun opposed that the HKSAR Gov't should use methods to decrease the motivation of 內地孕婦 coming down... They did not feel that the situation would be so positive as the private doctor said.
