Sorry! I have made some mistakes. The correct one should be:
Your 2 tailed is equal to the alpha.
Ho : difference = 0
H1 : difference =/= 0
Alpha means the prob. of reject Ho but Ho is true. So, if alpha < 0.05, we can reject Ho at 95% confidence level. That means the difference are significant.
