請現成約滿工人, 點可 verify接電話個是contract 之employer?

請現成約滿工人, 通常會打電話給前employer 問意見, 但點知 (verify)接電話或打個電話no. 是contract 之employer?

無良agent 會有可能給新empolyer 自己friend的電話"吋通", 有什麼招數可防範?

有無mama 試過親自visit 前employer home, 這便可確認對方為前employer, 免被騙. Pls share ... Tksssss.

我無咁嘅experience,唔知係咪可以去查證人民入境處,先對吓前僱主名啱唔啱?再者,agent嗰到應該有一份前僱主簽署嘅employment contract 及入境處當初批准'進口'的official document(true copy/photo copy),上面應該有齊僱主的地址及電話,如果你個agent真係咁估猾及不能提供呢啲文件,咁呢個agent及個工人你都真係唔須再考慮啦...

重有要留意前僱主果封 reference letter. 我試過見過一個菲傭, 佢 application letter 同佢封 reference letter 既字跡完全一樣, 咁我問佢封 reference letter 係咪佢自己寫, 佢話佢個 mum 唔係好識英文, 所以佢幫佢寫再搵佢簽名. 不過係 interview 既過程當中, 我要佢個 mum 既電話, 佢又話佢個 mum 同佢關係唔好 (佢比唔足人工佢, 又成日要佢去第二個地址做野). 我覺我好奇怪, 關係唔好, 又肯簽封 reference letter?

我覺得比得出前二個僱主電話既工人比較可信. 同埋一個人有無講大話, 你直覺上係會感受到.
我時刻都記掛著我那未能來到世上的bb, 他永遠在我心裡某個角落.

Dear hayamama,

I just checked with the agent, they said they don't have the "入境處當初批准'進口'的official document(true copy/photo copy)上面應該有齊僱主的地址及電話", but the maid & agent can present their copy of contract which mentioned the address only, not any phone no.

Again, the question is I just made phone call to the employer & the employer commented the maid quite well. But how can I verify him is the "real employer", not "做馬". How can I get the入境處當初批准'進口'的official document(true copy/photo copy)? It is Very Important to me. Pls help with thanks.

you should ask the maid and her ex-employer that what's her weakness and give some examples respectively. then you can see if these match.

嗰張入境處當初批准'進口'的信件是會寄到either僱主or agent嗰到,其實嗰張文件真係唔會show僱主的contact tel,但會有齊僱主的全名及地址係上面...
不過我啱啱諗到啲嘢:如果agent比個ex-employer嘅mobile你可以係夜啲嘅時份,例如係dinner時間;等佢疏於防範的時候打電話扮傳銷試吓佢,你可以一開口就話自己係xx銀行,請問係唔係XXX呀(ex-employer's name)?通常啲人一聽到係sell 嘢嘅電話就會好直接咁反應出來,如果佢真係嗰個ex-employer,最多咪媽差你兩句,但就可以証明到真係有呢個人啦!如果佢係夾埋agent嘅,照計就會好直接咁答話你打錯or話無呢個人,你覺得work唔work呢?

基本上都好難查證...我亦見過有人為做生意搵人扮前僱主...
講真, 即使你知道ex-employer name都唔代表接既係本人.
其實只可以做到多d問問題...旁敲側擊, 睇下有無咩可疑...
至於大家講緊既入境處文件...我實在都唔係好知道大家指既係邊份...但如果符地址同名...應該就係所謂既"白咭".
