URGENT HELP Pls! How to Verify a maid really worked in Singapore or Taiwan Befor

Pls HELP!

When you employ a maid from overseas, how can you verify the maid really worked in Singapore or Taiwan before?

Can I check if the information given by the agent is right? Can I ask the agent to fax the passport to verify or how? Tks. Pls help!

只有一樣係無得假...
就係佢地passport上既working visa...(corp)
當然...同佢地傾下...問得深入d...都一樣可以分到d吹水既出來.

Tks for your reply. So, I need to ask the agent to fax me their passport working visa for verify.

As I am not experienced employ maid, can you guide me what should I ask?

For maid working in Singapore & Taiwan, which one you prefer? The contract for Singapore is 2 yrs? for Taiwan is 3 yrs?

Sorry to ask so many ...

係呀...如果一定要求證就只有呢個係假既機會低...

哈哈...我係一個agent...我諗好多人都知...
umu...你唔介意我都可以教你...但你唔好誤會我搵生意就得啦.我一向都好"明"...唔會開十幾個acc...總之我點都唔會係度接生意(除左d有特別熟既人開到口)...瓜田季下...一做就會比受業唱...人地十幾個acc...我得一個...咪搞...

好啦...interview...當時要問下佢日常做咩啦...之後叫佢講下每日時間表...要詳細ga bo(無做過既呢度答到好9唔答8)...再之後就問下佢應急反應同睇佢有無常識...如果佢有oversea exp. 就問下佢0個個國家既野...講下d名勝呀...地區名...外傭政策就當係傾下閒計...緩和下氣氛...從中就會知佢係唔係作大.

o...3 yrs taiwan既都ok既...因為taiwan個政策係2 yrs visa...個helper得既好既...個僱主最多都只可以再續一年...做到3年即係個employer都滿意佢...就好似一個helper做兩個約咁既mean...

星加坡係好...佢地d工人出來會規矩d同clean dd (taiwan又唔見得唔好, 係粗魯d lor)...但有野你要知...
1. 個employer係咩國籍既人(佢地有好多馬拉人)
2. 個ex-employer到底有幾多個工人
3. 而佢又負責d咩...
只係呢幾點就已經好多野唔同晒...

我呢...覺得taiwan出來既好多都獨立d...而星加坡既呢...初初會比較鬧得..
