I also found that my maid take (shall I use "steal"?!) some little things & hide into her bag or drawer, eg. towel, my daughter's little toy, sticker, our photos....
I also don't know how to ask her as I can't tell her I found that from her bag .... So, I only keep silent till now. 好無奈!
when yr maid is home, just pretend chatting w/ yr husband that "recently i found out so many things (like toys, etc. that u found in her bag stolen from u) was lost, i feel very very strange"...At least u need to let her know that you are aware of the things were stolen......otherwise, they will steal more and more then....
