If you maid knows how to play and teach you baby, both are good. If not then she may let your baby watch TV all the time and or she will take care of your baby all the time and do no house- work.
My son went to full day N1 and he learn a lot on how to take care of himself. Like we-we, wear and take off his own clothes, how to eat not be fed, he knew how to use chopsticks when he was 3 years old. Most important he behaves well at the table, no running around and patient even if he finished before us(provided you bring some toys with you whe n you eat ourside).
I think all maids will spoil the young master so that they will have greater securities at your house.
