When can we wear our normal clothes back?

I originally thought I can wear my old clothes right after giving birth. But now, I understand that I still need to wear pregnant clothes :-( I hope I can wear my old boots and dresses for Chinese New Year....

I m feeling a bit blue today coz I cant stand myself in the mirror.
I m very very fat c9 as my tummy is super big.
I didnt lose any weight after giving birth as I try to eat more for breastfeeding.
I was told that breastfeeding mums get slim quite quick but I get bigger and bigger :-( .
I dont try to wear my old clothes but buy some new ones to cheer myself.
I will add more oil to do exercise later (my wound still feel quite tight).
Add oil everyone!!!

大家唔駛唔開心, 產假都未放完, 仲有大把時間去追, 而家唔合身, 咪買一兩件新的令自己開心d啦, 新年要著新衫呀.

如果唔係餵人奶, 我會盡量食少d啦, 希望都可以再瘦多20磅, 而家揍bb都好辛苦, 雖然家務唔駛我做, 不過半夜同日頭不停甘餵奶換片都好辛苦, 仲要阿b時時都扭計, 日日好似要同佢拗手瓜甘. 真係好似日日拿住個10磅瓦鈴係度健身. 應該會瘦的, 只要入的食物有限制就應該會成功架啦.

anyway, 大家一齊努力d啦!! 成功在望!!!

分享煮食的樂趣, 是減壓的一種好方法!

Me too. Very disappoint when I cannot fit in all pants. Even I am doing the beast feeding but still do not feel loss my weight because I eat more than before on my "1st Month" resting. Hope will get back to normal very soon after go back to work. Very tried every night, don't know when my BB can stop the beast feeding at night time. Add oil everyone !

我同自己講要著短褲同長boot返工, 依家衫可以著返,但褲仲差d先可以扣鈕呀!

I am so happy that I have lost the extra weights that has been gained during pregrency. However, I am still eating light food as I just gave born to my little one 2 weeks ago. Can't imagine what will happen a month later

although I have loss ~15lbs since my son's birth, but still need to loss ~10lbs more, and my tummy and hip are still BIG BIG.

哈哈哈, 我而家都係著我老公d褲咋 d衫就可以著番, 但d褲就唔敢諗喇..........雖然人地話喂人奶會瘦得快d, 但係...
我而家唔係好覺, 可能過多幾個月會好好多掛...........

My friend gave birth to her bb girl in October, and she still couldn't wear her old clothes back. She also breastfeed and she needs to dance to loss weight... She said normally it will take 3 months to get back to original size.

我都係餵人奶, 又唔覺可以快瘦d喎. d 褲完全冇可能著得返. d 衫呢~~鬆身既都ok 既. 至於boot 完全唔敢諗呀.

我都係, so I have already started doing exercise la (just some light exercise e.g. slow running in gym), hoping to reduce weight gradually. I have to reduce at least 15 pounds to return my previous weight.

I have tried my boots yesterday, and luckily they are still fit. But pants...no way, I am still wearing 4 mths pregnant pants... I breastfeed but I don't see a lot of weight improvement....well, I didn't really control my eating too I will start working in March and I think I have to force myself to reduce weight before Chinese New Year
