If I were you, I would give her a warning letter now. She has been making the same mistake repetitively in two weeks. This is quite unbearable. Even she pays for the taxi fare, your son still have to rush in the morning (to clean himself, get changed, eat breakfast ..... etc.), and may still be late for school.
I think a warning letter helps to make her understand how upset you are.
