My brother (28-yr-old) also finds himself has Tuberculosis when he did body check half year ago (he didn't how he was infected but his doctor said that more around 10% of HK people are carriers but they don't know themselves). He takes medicine for 6 months and now is already recovered. But the treatment procedure is quite long and uncomfortable. The medicine always make him vomit and feel uncomfortable. At the initial stage he really wanted to quit the treatment, as he can't bear the uncomfortable feeling and vomiting. Luckily our family did give much support and encouragement to him and his company supported him to go to hospital in the morning to take medicines before he worked.
