I have tried 1/2 year ago, but failed as my BB cried and hide after she weewee or booboo.
I stopped for the winter
For the past month, after she has made weewee or booboo, she will tell me to change nappy. I let her see me sit on the toilet and then let her help to flush.
Plan to have her sit on the toilet when weather turns warm

Just to share my experience on my boys (4 year old and 2 year old).... the older one not successful to 戒片 until he started nursery at 2 year 4 month old, we tried him numerous time when he was around 2 year old but no cooperation from him. For him it was the school that successfully trained him.
My younger boy (will turn 2 year on March 11) refuse to wee in the toilet even he saw his brother wee and poo. It was early last month when all the sudden he asked to sit on the toilet to poo and since then he goes to toilet to wee and poo. He can pee sitting down or standing up (we have 2 bathroom, the bathroom without a footstool he would sit down to pee), my experience is it does not matter sitting down or standing up, soon when they go to school they will follow the school way and adjust themselves accordingly at home.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Chun Chun is also going to nursery next month. We also hope that the school can train him if he has not yet know how to pee and poo.
