急找曾到QMH生仔experience

預產期是1個月後,我是高齡產婦兼ＢＢ時面黄換過血,如順產有無問題,QMH啲医生好唔好,經驗夠唔夠? 定去私家剖腹好呢?GIVE ME MORE INFORMATION.

I gave birth to my baby in Jan this year in QMH. I was first had my prenatal visit in Kwong Wah, but later doctor ask me to transfer to QMH due to my high risk condition. QMH has high risk obstetrics dept, and you will be monitored well if you do have complicated maternity condition. I had placenta previa at week 33, and my baby was not stable at his birth position. I was first told to do caesarean but later at week 36, the placenta had pulled up away from the birth canal and, my baby finally moved in place. At the last 2 prenatal visit the doctor found out I had no weight gain, which implied my placenta was not functioning well. I was then asked to do induced labour at week 39. After 16 hours of labour, it was finally successful with my vaginal birth of my baby. Although the doctors at QMH appeared to be quite young, but they are experienced and had came across a lot of difficult expectant mothers. In hospital I had met mothers with twins whom are smaller than gestational age, or the baby's umbilical cord had tied a knot, they all handled well. I think you just relax and leave the rest to the doctors

出院時會check 黃．．．．．
出世段第五日會返醫院check.......
之後要係健康院．

要到出院前先知

我2月中在QMH生仔, 當第三日出院既早上, Baby會見兒科醫生check黃, 我小b當時check到有黃, 兒科醫生要小b抽血 check黃的指數, 好彩小b指數未致於要留在醫院照燈, 最終都可以同我一切出院

I gave birth to my baby in Sep 06. I would say QMH is a really good hospital that I never expect before. Due to my physical condition, I was suggested to deliver my baby by Caesarean section during week 25. Not even considering the hospital fee, I had been struggling whether I should deliver either at Matilda or QMH. After quite thorough comparision and consideration I pick QMH even my husband opposed to it!

Finally my baby boy was born in QMH and everything is smooth. I am very satisfied with the service and my scar heals so well. It's not really long (4.5 inch) which is similar to that done by private. Also I was also diagnosed to suffer from postnatal blues and then referred to clincal psychology unit later. And I have been councelled by the psychologist a few times. When times go by now I feel I lot better. And lastly I am so pleased I can enjoy such good medical service at only HKD350 when I discharged to hospital! I really quite proud of myself as I make such a good decision which I can save almost HKD100K because I do not deliver at Maltida!!!! (touchwood) After all my boy is now same as other kids. a healthy and cheerful boy and no one will even care which hospital he was born at!!!!
