佢地係你屋企做夠1年就可以apply 架啦 my last maid 米甘走左law 佢地of cox 係超想個去canada 做野我地只不個係佢地既stepstone 咋

My bun bun resigned and will go to Canada to work shortly. These are my observation

1. She will take photos with your BB(or family)

2. She will ask you to write a letter to prove that she is now working in your family(of course lie to you for the reason of requesting this letter)

3. She will ask for a holiday on week days so that they can go to Consulate to apply her work.

My bun had got a job offer in Canada 1 month ago and will depart in June. But she had NOT done any of these things [no taking pictures, didn't ask for a reference letter from me and didn't take weekday leave

].

After she got the offer and told me she won't renew contract with me, this month she asked for exchange Sunday off to Saturday off for two times for body check.

Given the much higher pay and satisfactory working terms in Canada, I can't think of any reason that bun bun don't want to apply job there law.

Poor HK employers. We are just their stepping stones :-( <-- This is exactly what my bun said.

我前bun冇做到point 2., 即冇要求我寫信比佢, 同埋佢只係要求過一次放星期六, 但都係去左加拿大

我想問下你地d bun 係唔係個個都有大學學歷架?

我新請(未來)的bun只是讀完high school, agent 話佢唔夠資格申請去canada喎, 唔知佢係咪安慰我.

我家2個賓都無以上的3個行動，不過都係去左加拿大!

我唔係係唔係一定要大學生，不過我家2個都係大學生!

梗係啦...我工人同我講去Hong Kong嘅stepping stone係Singapore experience,而去Canada嘅stepping stone就係Hong Kong experience,同埋Canada工人嘅working hour係8粒鐘only,唔洗同employer同住,好似返office工咁架,仲有人工多好的,因為唔洗同住所以有housing allowance...我係工人都申請去啦

人工高福利好之外 if佢有屋企有細老遴d仲可以用greencard 申請埋whole family個去甘吸引點會唔去總之一句到尾我地係傻仔由佢apply黎hk 我地話請佢你已經自認係一個大傻仔/婆唉 :-( :-( :-(

我工人無資格去Canada架,佢唔係U grad,況且如果佢真係去意而決我都無計架...嘻嘻:lol:

My bun bun didn't do the three things, but she went to Canada already. But she had gone to study something like the nursing course on every Sunday. And she needed to practice in the elderly home at the final stage. I know they must have College and University level and they need to attend some training course and obtain a certificate first. Also they need to pay more than $10,000 for the agency fee.

My bun even had no need to pay agency fee because it's her relative who already work in Canada help her find the employer. She got the offer by herself (not through agent).

And now more and more bun bun are working in Canada so it's much easier for HK's bun to find jobs there. And most importantly Canada largely increased the quota for them.

Lucky you..... I also planned to hire a non U-grad and college grad bun (my present bun will go to Canada in June) but after interviewed several bun, I finally selected a U-grad bun who can speak fluent English and meet my requirements. 其他請唔落手 :-( :-(

I'm well prepared (at least in my mind) to lose this new bun again after 2 years. Her English is so fluent that she can easily get a job in Canada
