Terminate yanyan because i don't need her, how long notice do I need to give her

I am changing from Full Time to Part Time so I no longer need my maid, how long notice do I need to give her?

Can I terminate her and ask her to leave right away? She is pretty good maid actually, but I still prefer she leaves after termination, just in case she does something bad.

一個月前通知，如果她較好的，她們可以在一個月內找另一個僱主。

if I notify her 1 month in advance, do I still need to pay her another 1 month salary?

and if she does find another employer, do I still need to pay her a plane ticket to fly home?

Either one month notice OR one month salary in lieu of notice.
Return ticket is always needed.
