B's head should be resting on your shoulder while u are in a chest to chest position before b is 4 months old. Please a towel there in case b vomits on your back.
Else, u have to hold its chin (not neck) with hands in "ar cha" shape, while it is in a sitting position. B's spine has no strength at this age.
