唔駛擔心, Agent 一定有 boarding house, 佢o地會自己俾錢去果度住.

agree agree

sometimes they will sleep in agent's home if no boarding house, but still need to pay the agent and need to do housework....very poor!

ok, at least don't sleep on the street..but that means I cannot terminate her the day agency not open, right?

除非你個工人一個朋友都冇喇（不過呢個情況幾乎不可能），你完全不需要擔心佢住既問題。我炒頭兩個工人時，都好白痴地為她們擔心呢D問題。樣樣幫佢安排好。第二個工人仲話自己樣樣都唔識既添，點知我送佢返agent度唔夠一個鍾，個agent就話我知，好快佢就有friend來接佢走了。我覺得自己真傻，為佢安排咁多。

我同事星期一﹝2.4.07﹞唉晚 book 左 3.4.07 下劃機票，佢 3.4.07 晨噤早就叫工人執包袱，的埋去 agent 樹計好所有 $ 之後，個衰印即刻去 airport 上機走人，快快 tsui 搞掂晒。

but I thought cannot force maid to leave right away wor..have 14 days ma.

I don't understand, if I terminate her on 4/11, what date air ticket should I buy??

because I don't know which date she will leave??

They will stay in boarding house and you should buy her an open ticket.

travel agent says there's no open ticket because it's domestic flight (Indonesia Manado), but can change date without charge, is that same as open ticket?
