Do you have any plan to bring your BB to kids gym? I heard from my colleague that it's good to bring BB to kid gym from 6 months. Don't know which one is good. Any suggestion?

I will suggest you to take bb to kids gym when bb can crawl and more mobile.
6 months is a bit too young and bb can only sit and look at other kids.
My son started to do it when he was about 1.
