please recommend chinese books about pregnancy

please share any good books you've read. i'd like to get prepared and read more about how to take care of myself during pregnancy, what to eat, what not to eat, etc. thanks a lot

go to the public library la, it has so many chi books (very updated) that you can refer to and borrow
