Want to learn Japanese at home, help..

Hi,

I would like to learn Japanese at home during some spare time. Can anyone let know what is the best and quick method (book, website, tv etc)

What do you want to achieve? For conversational purpose when travelling in Japan? Anyway, a good and basic start is to first learn Hiragana (平仮名) - the basic syllables of Japanese. Check out-----

It shows all the syllables in Japanese Hiragana.

There is a second set of syllables in Japanese called the Katagana (片仮名). Well, don't worry about it until you have mastered Hiragana.
