樓價好高..reasonable?

曼克頓山 $5000-7000/sq
筲箕灣 嘉亨灣, $6000-8000/sq, the top/biggest one is over $15,000 square..
土瓜灣東 翔龍灣 ..$5000-6000/sq

六百幾呎，4-5百幾萬，實用率低
