A few years ago my weight had climbed to 118 lbs from 90's. I was always quite slim & fit (I'm 155cm height) but didnt know what went wrong I got so fat then. I started my weight reduction program with exercise & diet & in 2 months or so I cut 25lbs. That was really a successful experience.
What I did at that time was sky walker in the gym (you know, that one is with 2 hand bars & with pedals you walk on), I rode on that for 1.5 hours each time & 3-4 times a week. On average I burned at least 10 calories per minute so in total every time I went to gym I burned 1000 calories at least.
For the diet, I sticked on low fat, low salt & light volume. What I ate included salad, boiled vegetables, steamed or boiled meat (little), fruits and I avoided too much starch intake, meaning less rice, noodles or bread.
Remember try not eating within 1.5 hour after you exercise, otherwise you will absort the food fast.
Drink more water & avoid snacks & the sweet. If you follow all these, I am pretty sure your result is promising.
As I stopped exercising for a while my weight has grown up now. I started to use the same strategies as before & hope to lose 15 lbs this time.
One more thing, for the belly, nothing does better than situps but if your back is not good to do situp, try leg-raising (simply lay flat on the floor, raise one leg up straight with toes bouncing towards yourself, hold up for 2 seconds then lower back to the floor. Repeat each leg for 10 times alternatively. Each leg does it 50 times. You will feel your tummy stressed up like taking deep breath)

siufung: can u share what do u eat for the day? what kind of exercise do u do? when u eat? when u do exercise? coz i try gym, swim.. i find out that i cant lose even 1 lbs. sometimes i know i eat at once after doing exercise. my main problem is my belly, very big.. tks
