想的起心肝節食加運動
呢個方法係咪萬試萬靈架???

係, 一定得。
不過過程辛苦少少。但如你真想健康地減肥, 又唔會反彈, 又唔會有副作用, 節食+減肥係減肥0既不二之選。
記住, 係一路節食一路做運動, 唔好淨運動唔節食, 因為咁你會食多左, 變得更大隻呢!
我曾經節食加運動, 2個多月減去25磅呀!! 而家肥番, 所以又會開始番

It's my pleasure to share with you!
A few years ago my weight had climbed to 118 lbs from 90's. I was always quite slim & fit (I'm 155cm height) but didnt know what went wrong I got so fat then. I started my weight reduction program with exercise & diet & in 2 months or so I cut 25lbs. That was really a successful experience.
What I did at that time was sky walker in the gym (you know, that one is with 2 hand bars & with pedals you walk on), I rode on that for 1.5 hours each time & 3-4 times a week. On average I burned at least 10 calories per minute so in total every time I went to gym I burned 1000 calories at least.
For the diet, I sticked on low fat, low salt & light volume. What I ate included salad, boiled vegetables, steamed or boiled meat (little), fruits and I avoided too much starch intake, meaning less rice, noodles or bread.
Remember try not eating within 1.5 hour after you exercise, otherwise you will absort the food fast.
Drink more water & avoid snacks & the sweet. If you follow all these, I am pretty sure your result is promising.
As I stopped exercising for a while my weight has grown up now. I started to use the same strategies as before & hope to lose 15 lbs this time.
One more thing, for the belly, nothing does better than situps but if your back is not good to do situp, try leg-raising (simply lay flat on the floor, raise one leg up straight with toes bouncing towards yourself, hold up for 2 seconds then lower back to the floor. Repeat each leg for 10 times alternatively. Each leg does it 50 times. You will feel your tummy stressed up like taking deep breath)

siufung: can u share what do u eat for the day? what kind of exercise do u do? when u eat? when u do exercise? coz i try gym, swim.. i find out that i cant lose even 1 lbs. sometimes i know i eat at once after doing exercise. my main problem is my belly, very big.. tks

you're welcome!! Let's do it!!
It doesn't really matter if you do it all at a time or split it into a few times with rest in between, if you feel more comfortable. But remember, once you get on the machine when you start, you have to do it for at least 20 minutes. Because you'll only burn up your carbonhydrate if you exercise within 20 min, beyond 20 min you start to really burn FAT. So, do for at least 20 min if you can't do hours.
If it hurts to do situps, so don't do it. Try the leg raising.
For swimming, it's also Aerobic Exercise so it also helps losing weight / fat. But the result is not as good as gym machines. However, it's more healthy in some ways as it doesn't hurt muscles & joints as exercise on the ground.

我都試過2次節食+運動減肥, 會比睇醫生食藥慢, 但會減得健康D同運動可以幫助修實D肉. 一個月可以減6-8lbs, 平時都係多菜少肉少油. 間唔中會偷食小小, 怕抑壓得太多, 減完會失控. e.g. 好想食朱古力就會俾自己食1,2粒, 再做多5-10分鐘運動.

第一次減好成功, 每日做半個鐘運動, 多數食烚菜, 一個月由118減到108.

第二次就唔係淨食菜, 但都係日日做運動, 4個月由142減到120.

而家又開始減, 未有成積住, 但我覺得節食加運動係一定可以減到.
