if it's no pay leave, she should take care of all the arrangement and expense. you just have to ask her to sign a letter to confirm.

in case of misunderstanding, remind her again that you will not buy her ticket.

if you want to help her, then deduct from the salary. the earlier you buy, the cheaper it is.
