Most ex-singapore maid are good ? Any experience BK mom can share ?
My agency told me that most of the maid ex-singapore (with no experience in hkg) were good and easier to handle since the maid policy in Singapore is rigid ?

I have just fired my Indo Maid who has 2 years' singapore experience with no experience in HK. The reason is that she threw out the unfinished milk of my 4 months' bb outside the window. She was quite diligent but absent-minded. Sometimes she broke my things without telling me. Although with experience in Singapore, her English is quite terrible. She claimed that she could not speak Chinese (but I found that she could listen what we talked in Chinese and has response in watching TV). You have to teach her how to do the housework and cook repeatedly. If I could choose again, I might take a Philippino instead of Indonesian.

我個印印........係星加坡份工做到隻"積"咁........服侍8個人.........weekend就仲多人..........因為其他family members come back to eat.........she needed to wake up at 4:00am to prepare food every weekend........and almost no sleep during the Chinese New Year as she needed to prepare lot of food.
The employer's house size was 2 times of my house.........even they had grandparents home........but the little boy didn't like anyone except my maid.........so she needed to work and takecare of the little boy at the same time.
That's why she can do the housework, cook the food and take care of my two boys very well at the same time without asking my assistance.
My house now is very clean and tidy........and this is my first time feel like a real "MAMD".
*She had worked in Sing for 5 years under 2 employer and worked in my family for almost 2 months.

我兩個工人都係新加坡做過, First one worked at singapore 2 years, 自動自覺, 煮飯照顧bb 都O.K., but many requests(wants talking phone, using computer)and wanted to find a job more comfortable,so I didn't keep herwhen she finished contact. The followed one worked at Singapore 4 years,就不知所謂,唔鍾意人比意見,show black face, didn't answer me when she didn't like. When her buttock sat on than never get up, my 2 years old son ran away than she only called come come come, so lazy,頂佢唔順4days就炒左佢算!
... 佢都同我講no mum...)
