Provident Fund for Maid

Hi,
If I sign the 3rd contract with the maid, does it mean I have to pay the P fund to her if I ask her to leave?

Yes, long service payment.
Shoud we pay to the maid after we sign the 3rd contract with her ? Any conditions for this payment?

If you fire her / determinate the contract, you shold pay the long-service payment to her. However, if she resign from her post, you have no duty to pay this payment to her.

我是07年06月的新手媽咪，請多指教喔！

小豬豬於2007年6月3日20:45出世了，只是個六磅仔，體重小了點，但總叫健健康康！！
滿月了，體重有8.5磅，大隻仔了一點點！！
兩個月人仔，有差不多11磅了！！
四個月豬豬，有14.5磅了，真係叻叻豬！！
六個月豬豬，有16.5磅，比別的 bb 高了一點喔！！
