My baby is the same age as yours. I had the same problem. But now I succeed. Finally, she is willing to hold her bottle.
I started to train her when she is 16mths. It's quite disappointing as first as she had no desire to hold her bottle. But after more than 1 month insistence, she finally surrendered.
