Hi, if u didn't give her one month notice then you've to pay 1 mth salary. Otherwise, she will report to labour dept. or something else. You may ask your agent to help u la.
As long as somebody's job(飯碗) is concerned, the labour law require you, as an employer, to give the employee one month notice if you want to terminate her service. And the employee should also give you one month notice (or salary in lieu) if she wants to resign; NOT because of other reason.
