2SonsMom, So agree with ur point that hk people are sort of crazy to "enjoy" the work also the boss usually not think that the clerks HAVE families, sigh~~~~I had a free chat with FM someday, he know I was kind of thinking to find another easier job to get balance between job & family, and suggest I'd better to change my mind about dreaming a "free, off on time,close to home, good colleague relationship....." job, haha~~he said hard to find an one match all condition at a time, unless a small company which mightl close soon~~~

2SonsMon - I'm cpa in US. I worked 40 hours a week from 8:30 - 5:00 when I was in US. So I can pick up my child in the day care around 5:30. Maybe I should consider work part-time in HK.

That means, you are going to reject the offer from school? If no financial burden, part-time job is a better choice.

很同意你地既所講, 係好難搵到一份dream job, for me, 我既公司近家, 只係15分鐘車程, stable environment, 部門內既同事都算ok, ot 係要既, 不過, 唔係成日, 我想很多人都覺得已經好好, 但其實我既人工係under market price, 仲有係FC 係勁難頂, 什麼事都會係罵人先, 明明係想叫你做野, 都會罵你先, 話你communication skill 有問題, 明明有d 野唔關我事既, 但想我做, 就屈我, 勁偏心, 仲有係其他部門既人, 又係A 宇既, 有什麼事都推比我做, 總之,有少少related to account 既野, 就推比你, 呢d 就係大公司既文化.
而且,依家呢份工, 我睇唔到有前景, 又冇得升…. Sigh.

不過, 我係貪佢係大公司, 只要自己知道呢d games 點玩, 就會容易d handle.
我唔會理, 如果fc 叫我倣野, 我就盡力配合, 如果明知做唔到既, 咪是旦應酬下佢law.
要搵一份dream job, 真係冇可能….

我依家都係保守型, 其實係出來工作之后, 經過好多次搵工, 又轉工, 就發現分分工都係甘難頂, 所以個人開始會自我調節, 亞Q d,

如果係近家既, 就去馬拉, 我估學校唔會太多ot, try try 先拉, 唔岩就再搵拉, 唔做過你又唔甘心, 其實你有USCPA, 可以搵更好既工, 不過, 就一定要有付出.
就係時間同辛苦!
