I eat too many junk food, but no choice as I ate too many meals each day, I don't like repeated food. Here are what I eat:

9am - milk + bread/biscuit OR congee
12pm - wanton noodles OR home made rice
3pm - apple juice + Siu Mai
5pm - Congee or fish ball noodles
7pm - lunchbox bought outside OR home made meal
8pm - chips
11pm - cup noodles or ding ding spaghetti

In between I also eat sweets and 1/2 fruit

Do you eat cup noodles or ding ding preserved food often? I know it's not good to BB but it's convenient and yummy.

我下午就出街食, 或者帶飯. 但d 人話微波爐叮野食唔好, 但我相公又話微波爐只係水的份子互相磨擦產生熱力, 並唔會對bb 唔好喎.. .我都唔知呀.. 但如果日日出街食又太貴, 我想慳d 錢俾bb

Anyone eats green beans during pregnancy before? I want to eat chinese sticky dumpling (but with green beans+preserved egg yolk), but my mum scolded me. I am dreaming to eat it tonight.

Green beans are 涼 and not good for prenant ladies only if they are with the green outer shell. Green beans without the green shell in dumplings and Chiu Chow 豆爽 are ok if taken in reasonable amounts.

Avoid green bean (with green shell) soup if you're 涼底.

just worry that you will gain too much weight during pregnancy. fruit is also convenient. maybe you can have more fruit instead.

我差不多1日 3 or 4 餐都係出街食架!

Thanks for your advice!

I used to eat 8 meals (last meal was at 3am!) But now I eat more at 11am, so can skip the 3am meal. If I don't eat, my stomach will ache very seriously. 2 nights ago, my C6 asked me not to eat at 11pm and see what happened. We went to bed at 12am but I couldn't sleep and slept on the bed till 3am (not sleeping), finally couldn't wait but had to eat at 3am.

I sometimes feel very depress because I always feel hungry.

I gained just a few pounds, maybe because I went to toilet 2 times a day (from 1 time a day before I got pregnant).

I don't really like eating fruits, so can only eat 1/2-1 each day.

oic. maybe add one fruit as snack. how about 麥皮or 麥片? i understand hunger is a torture. i drink one glass of water when i feel hungry. simple bread is also good. if that can't help after a few minutes, i would go for eating. of course, not drink too much water before go to bed la.

c-wong..i think it's not good for you to eat cup noodle and fish balls , they are full of preservatives and no vitamin at all...
i eat 6 meals per day and often very big portion at lunch and dinner. try to eat home-made meals plus fruit + bread as snacks

I know it's not good, but it's convenient and can make me full. Maybe I should eat more bread and cereal with milk.

I think cup noodle and chips are too salty. My friend eats chips every night, she is now close to the end of her pregnancy, she gets high blood pressure + 蛋白尿+腳腫,i.e. what doctors call 妊娠毒血症, doctor demands her to bed rest ah. So, I think you'd better eat something light. Bread is good may be.

Thanks! But what is 魚容面? Noodles made of 魚? Do you know where I can buy it?

Wow, you are a big eater. what about yoghurt, dried fruit, milk, egg, ....

I can't eat too much, lesser than usual. But I also eat junk food, like sashimi. But now I don't becoz of the latest news.

You can buy 魚蓉麵 at any market (stores which sell noodles, get 半斤 for a trial). I am not sure what 魚蓉麵is exactly made of, but I think it is healthier because there is no additives and is not fatty. You can add some vegetable and it becomes your healthy night snack!
